Can I order for a specific date?
Yes you can place an advance order for a specific date - simply indicate the required date in the 'Special Instructions' field as you move through the checkout process. Every endeavour will then be made to have the gift arrive at its destination on (or just before) the specified date bearing in mind that delivery is only available on business days.
For periods of high demand such as Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, Father's Day and Christmas it is preferable to place your order early to avoid delays.
What is the cost of delivery within Australia?
There is a flat delivery fee of $12.50 for all orders delivered within Australia.
Can I have my purchase delivered overseas?
Absolutely. PamperBoxes organises international shipping through Australia Post. Simply select your desired gift then either email or telephone us with the destination details and we will obtain a quote prior to payment and dispatch.
What happens if the gift is damaged in transit?
Simply advise PamperBoxes as soon as possible and we will arrange for the immediate dispatch of replacement items.
Can I order individual items?
Of course, you can order 1 item of as many items as you like. If you would prefer not to include them in a designer gift box we are happy to wrap the gifts instead at no cost.
