Ordering Options

  Orders may be placed online anytime - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All online ordering on the PamperBoxes website is undertaken in a secure online environment. A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of your order. A further email will be sent to confirm dispatch of your order.

  If you prefer not to use the website ordering facility you can email your order to info@pamperboxes.com.au. Receipt of your order will be acknowledged by email and arrangements made for payment. A further email will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

• Telephone
  Alternately, telephone us with your order on 1300 968 737 Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm Australian Eastern Standard Time.
  
  We are always happy to speak with you to assist with advice on gift selection, ordering and delivery information.
  
  All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Delivery Policy

All orders received by noon on any business day will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after noon will be dispatched the next business day.

Approximate delivery times within Australia:

NSW & ACT: Within 2 business days of dispatch

Other Capital Cities: Within 3 business days of dispatch

Remainder of Australia: Within 4 business days of dispatch

We deliver throughout Australia and to most overseas countries. Please contact us for information regarding overseas deliveries including freight charges.

All Australian orders are delivered via Australia Post or FastWay Couriers during normal business hours, Monday to Friday. Deliveries are unavailable on weekends or public holidays.

A flat rate of $12.50 AUD for freight is charged for deliveries within Australia. Postage costs for overseas deliveries are calculated on an individual basis.

While every attempt will be made to accommodate requests for specific delivery dates, this cannot be guaranteed.

Substitution Policy

If, for any reason, a specific item is not available PamperBoxes will automatically substitute it with a similar item of equal or greater value.
